Jorge and Erika met in 2009 while both were working for the Honorable Gloria Molina, Los Angeles County Supervisor, First District. Ask either one of them how it happened, and you’ll get different stories. Jorge’s, of course, will be much more explicit and humorous.
With ten years of marriage under their belt, two kids, two campaigns for city council, a global pandemic and everything else one could imagine in between, it only seemed natural to return to their roots of working together in the midst of COVID-19.
Jorge and Erika have hearts of service and pride themselves in their work ethics. They indulge in a good challenge, but also know when to walk away. The husband and wife team offer more than 35 years combined of seasoned experience and are proud to offer services in managing and executing complex government and public affairs strategies, lobbying and advocacy efforts, community organizing along with consulting in political campaigns and fundraising.
